Minooka Campus

Pastor Eric Schmidt

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago in a Pentecostal apostolic home. I knew I wanted to be used in ministry so I chose to attend Indiana Bible College after high school and it was there that I met my future wife, Lindsay Eckel. Shortly after the start of my time in college I got into a car accident which took me back home. During this time of being home I felt the call to be the youth leader at my home church, The Pentecostal Church of Harvey.

Lindsay and I got married in 2011 and started the journey of being youth leaders together for the next five years. We are so blessed to have two children, our little superhero Cohen and our little princess Norah.

My wife and I felt a pull to pastoral ministry. So, in October 2019 we had our first service as the Pentecostal Church Minooka Campus. We want to welcome and love all the families, big or small, into our church. We are a family oriented church that loves coming together to share unity in the one God, one faith, one baptism belief and to bring smiles and laughter to the faces of those  who walk through our doors.
